Individual Psychotherapy
Intake Session
In order to get a clear understanding of your problem and establish a strong working relationship, I conduct an extended intake session. During this session, we will set the course for therapy and determine if we are a good fit for one another.

Standard Session
Standard session length for ongoing treatment. Sessions are typically weekly, but the frequency will be determined according to your needs.
50 mins | $195
Extended Session
Extended ongoing sessions for those wanting additional time or to meet scheduling needs. Longer sessions offer the opportunity to spend more time working toward therapy goals, often accelerating treatment.

What to Know
Psychotherapy can be a meaningful and transformative process, but each person’s experience is unique. The pace, focus, and outcomes of therapy vary based on individual needs, circumstances, and many factors beyond the therapy room. While I am committed to providing thoughtful, ethical, and evidence-based care, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Telepsychology services are provided through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms. Telehealth involves unique considerations, including potential risks related to technology, privacy, and interruptions beyond my control. By choosing teletherapy services, clients acknowledge these risks and agree to participate in services delivered electronically. Telehealth services are offered only to individuals physically located in states where I am licensed or authorized to practice at the time of service.
Clients are responsible for ensuring a private and secure environment during telehealth sessions.
Insurance & Sliding Scale
I am an in-network provider with Aetna. I do not take any other insurance.
If you have out-of-network benefits through your insurance, you can request a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I accept credit cards, cash, checks. Payment is required on the day of the session.
I offer a sliding scale for those who have limited financial resources, and determine reduced fee options on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in a sliding scale rate, please contact me and we can discuss what ongoing rate might work for your financial situation.
Good Faith Estimate
As a result of the No Surprises Act, patients are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of the costs for services if they are not using health insurance. A Good Faith Estimate will be provided to you upon scheduling a service or at your request.
